เห็นคอนโดบอกขายราคาไม่ถึงห้าแสน แถมอยู่ใกล้หาดจอมเทียนอีก ราคากับทำเลมันต่างกันเลยแบบว่าราคาถูกมากอ่ะ ไม่รู้ที่นี่มีปัญหาอะไรหรือป่าว ใครมีประสบการณ์ช่วยแนะนำด้วยนะคะมีคนรู้จักจะไปวางเงินแล้ว แต่เราอยากมาถามเผื่อมีอะไรจะได้เตือนเค้าได้ทันค่ะ

คอนโดนี้ถ้าจำไม่ผิดอยู่แถวตลาดแม่ลออรึเปล่าคะ ถ้าใช่คือไม่ได้ใกล้หาดขนาดเดินไปได้ ระยะทางถึงหาดไกลพอสมควรค่ะ
