สงสัยเหมือนกันค่ะ ขอบคุณเจ้าของกระทู้ที่ตั้งคำถามนี้ขึ้นมาพอดี ตกลงเค้าคิดรวมหมดเลยใช่ไม๊คะ ทั้งระเบียงบ้าน ที่จอดรถ ลานซักล้าง เพิ่งนั่งเถียงกะแฟนมา เค้าบอกเค้าถามใครมาไม่รู้ ว่าคิดแค่พื้นที่ของแต่ละห้อง ไม่รวมจอดรถ ซักล้าง ระเบียง
