ซื้อบ้านใหม่ ยื่นกู้วงเงิน 3 ล้าน ทำ pre-approve อนุมัติมาแล้ว 2 แบงค์ เสนอดอกเบี้ยมาแบบนี้ค่ะ
แบงค์ 1 : ปีแรก 0.5% , จากนั้น MLR-1.00% (MLR = 7.13%)
แบงค์ 2 : เดือน 1-6 = 0%, เดือน 7-12 = 3.25% , ปี 2-3 = MLR-2.00% , จากนั้น MLR-1.25% (MLR = 7.5%)
ลองคำนวณเฉลี่ย 3 ปี เผื่อ re-finance (ไม่ค่อยแน่ใจนะคะว่าคำนวณถูกมั้ย)
แบงค์ 1 = 4.253%
แบงค์ 2 = 4.208%
รบกวนช่วยแนะนำหน่อยค่ะ ว่าควรเลือกแบงค์ไหนดี
